Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

General Activities:
- Responsible for leading and managing, quality, productivity performance and cost management of the Terminals Project in order to ensure the Client's key requirements are met.
- Responsible for ensuring the execution of the Terminals Up-grade Works in a manner which is entirely compatible with company's Corporate HSE Policy of "Zero tolerance" to accidents, injury and environmental mismanagement.
- Engineer's Representative as delegated by the Project Director under the terms of our contract with our Client the General Authority for Civil Aviation (GACA).

Responsibilities:
- Maintains through knowledge of the Work Scope for the Terminals Up Grade as defined in the Elements of work documentation and the Schedule of Work listing. Ensures that the appointed contractor undertakes the defined scope within his D&B Contract Conditions.
- Advises the PD where additional or non-scope (Optional Work) items are required and ensures formulated change control procedures are concluded before instructing additional works execution by the contractor.
- Represents and is authorized to approve/ establish within Company's Terminals Site Team a positive culture of continuous improvement within a professional atmosphere conducive to maximizing staff performance - Including the promotion of Saudization.
- Promote a culture geared towards clear performance objectives, deliverables and deadlines for Company's Site Staff.
- Coordinates the approval of technical submittals and all matters related to the execution of the Terminals Up-grade Works on behalf and in the interest of the Client and the overall agreed Specifications provided by the D&B Contractor's design consultants.
- Responsible for all areas relating to construction activities of the assigned Terminals Up-grade package of works. (Currently Terminals T3 / Link 3 / Terminal 4)

Salary:
SAR 70,000 to 75,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements:
- Bachelor of science in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- More than 20 years of experience.
- Past experience in airports is required.
