Senior Project Manager

Job description / Role

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for providing coordination and management for construction a major mixed use development in Riyadh KSA. The SPM will coordinate with internal departments, vendors, contractors and designers to construct a project on time and within approved budget, below are some key requirements of the role.

• Developing the project management strategy, procurement strategy and delivery strategy.
• Developing the project brief with client, identify design consultants, contractors.
• Managing the design, delivery, quality time, cost and hand over
• Managing the sub-consultants
• Coordinating with all architects, engineers, specialty consultants, operators and municipalities

Requirements

• BSc in construction or related field
• 10 years experience post qualification on Major Mixed Use Projects
• Previous experience working for an international PMC
• Age Range: 30-55 years
• Language Fluency: English
