WSP are looking for a Senior Project Manager to manage and lead a major PMC project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will have extensive experience in project management methodologies, a passion for grasping new technologies, and thrive upon 'thinking out of the box' to develop and deliver solutions to complex engineering problems.

A typical week would include:
* Lead the project team to ensure that deliverables are submitted on schedule and meet client expectations.
* Responsible for reviewing deliverables and manage the quality of contracted work.
* Develop and deliver a project management program including all the details of a project to the team members.
* Responsible for developing detailed cost estimates for work plans.
* Ensure the progress of project is evaluated on a regular basis.
* Review safety plans and ensure work is completed safely within company H&S policy.
* Develop and monitor the project design schedule to meet Client and organisation objectives.
* Assist with design change reviews and ensuring design change is managed in accordance with approved processes and procedures
* Responsible for managing the change process within the project design team.
* Work Closely with internal and external clients to set priorities.
* Responsible for identifying the risk and opportunities and then acting upon those.

Requirements

We'd love to hear from you if you have:
* Engineering Degree
* Chartered / Professional Engineer.
* 15+ years post-qualification experience.
* Experience of management of large building projects.
* Able to converse in technical matters across all disciplines associated with multi-discipline building projects
