Job description / Role
Senior Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and reviewing all project strategies, project life-cycle work stage deliverables and encompassing project programs applicable to the project.
Senior Project shall report directly to the Design Director and participate as a direct interface with all stakeholders, to confirm that relevant design packages comply with the applicable International Codes and Standards.

Our client is a Saudi Arabian government entity responsible for developing a giga project in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
Description
* Responsible for coordinating and reviewing all project strategies, project life-cycle work stage deliverables and encompassing project programs applicable to the project.
* Close interaction and coordination with relevant counterparts such as, the Engineering Technical Standards Department, Urban Planning, Project Execution Office, with the support industry leading Subject Matter Experts.
* Report directly to the Design Director and participate as a direct interface with all internal and external stakeholders, to confirm that relevant design packages comply with the applicable International Codes and Standards
* Collaborate with the Real Estate Development Department to enhance the culture of design excellence
* Work closely with the Project Design and Project Execution Office, participating in the review of strategies and development programs for the project and recommend approval
* Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
* Develop project scopes and objectives to ensure the timely delivery of design and technical requirements along with project feasibility from a Real Estate Developers remittance.
* Define project schedule, tasks, risks.
* Ensure resource availability and allocation.
* Assemble and coordinate project staff.
* Manage project resource allocation.
* Provide direction and support to project team.
* Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
* Establish and maintain relationships with contractors, third parties and vendors.
* Project evaluations and assessment of results.
* Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.

Requirements
* BSc degree in Architecture or Engineering.
* Should have a minimum 20 years of related experience.
* Enable, motivate, and inspire the team to meet deliverables within project.
* Make prompt, informed, and fact-based decisions for the good of the project
* Experience with a multi-national company is preferred
