Senior Project Manager

Job description / Role

We are representing a global multi-disciplinary practice involved on several exciting development projects within the Mixed-Use, Cultural, Leisure and Residential sectors.

As part of their continuous growth and strategy, we are looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to join the team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are looking for those who have experience in managing the delivery of projects during the post-contract phase. You will be involved in the overall management and development of the supervision department.

You will need to demonstrate strong skills and experience in managing clients, understanding contractual documentation and requirements of the projects.

Preferably, we are looking for candidates based in Saudi Arabia but will consider candidates in UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain providing you have the experience and have handled large-scale projects (Not Oil & Gas). - Minimum 10 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or related discipline
- Previous or current Middle East experience - This is required due to the client's strict requirement of candidates 'knowing' the market
- Large scale project experience (i.e. Hotels, High-Rise, Mixed-Use Developments, Cultural, Community etc)
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Demonstrate leadership skills

Salary:
SAR 35,000 to 50,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
