Senior Project Manager

Job description / Role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in Data Centre design and build projects within Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in leading complex, high-value projects from concept design through construction, commissioning, and final handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end data centre design and build projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Oversee project planning, design coordination, procurement, and execution across multidisciplinary teams.
• Manage client, consultant, and contractor relationships to ensure technical and commercial alignment throughout all phases.
• Implement and monitor project controls for cost, schedule, and quality assurance.
• Conduct design and constructability reviews, ensuring compliance with local codes, international standards, and client requirements.
• Prepare and present project reports, progress updates, and risk mitigation strategies to senior management.
• Ensure adherence to safety, sustainability, and operational excellence standards.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Saudi Arabia (preferably based in Dammam).
• Proven background in managing Data Centre projects in KSA.
• Demonstrated expertise in design & build project delivery.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil preferred).
• PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification is an advantage.

Salary:
SAR 40,000 to 60,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
