The senior project manager at Adree will play a crucial role in overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex projects that align with the organization's strategic goals. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to drive project outcomes while managing cross-functional teams.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Leading project teams in the development and delivery of high-quality software solutions.
• Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Identifying risks and implementing mitigation plans to minimize project impacts.
• Facilitating project meetings and ensuring effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
• Monitoring project performance and making data-driven decisions to keep projects on track.
• Ensuring compliance with project management processes and quality standards.
• Coaching and mentoring junior project managers and team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
• Contributing to continuous improvement efforts by recommending process enhancements and best practices.
• Preparing and presenting project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure project alignment with their needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and best practices.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project, Asana).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for effective problem resolution.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of detail and organization.
• Experience in client-facing roles, ensuring customer satisfaction and project alignment.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
