Qiddiya Investment Company is transforming its vision of world-class entertainment and leisure into reality, and we are looking for a Senior Project Manager - Roads (Del 223) to lead the execution of major road infrastructure projects. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of road networks that facilitate seamless access and connectivity within our expansive project area. Your expertise will be key in managing complex project deliverables and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of road infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that encompass scope, budget, resource allocation, risk management, and scheduling.
• Lead project teams and coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring timely updates and engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
• Implement and oversee health, safety, and environmental policies within project activities to ensure the well-being of all team members.
• Conduct site inspections and progress reviews to monitor project status and compliance with quality standards.
• Facilitate resolution of any issues, disputes, or project-related challenges that may arise.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting are maintained throughout the project's duration.
• Encourage and promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the project team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of project management experience specifically related to road construction and infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale road projects with a proven track record of successful delivery.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methodologies, and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software applications (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are highly desirable.
