Description:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be fully accountable for project results, encompassing design, technical, financial, contractual, and team management aspects. You will represent the office in formal meetings and make decisions on complex and sensitive matters. The significant complexity of this role requires thorough knowledge of organizational, political, tactical, and financial strategies. You will identify and manage potential risks that may threaten the project or working process and initiate solutions in collaboration with Directors and/or Partners.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate project teams and oversee the later phases of several large projects, ensuring progress, budgets, and quality are maintained.
• Organize and lead meetings, representing the office in formal meetings and making decisions on complex and sensitive matters.
• Develop and expand the market by acquiring new customers and contributing to the development of the studio’s customer base.
• Conduct price negotiations, draft complex contracts, and manage frequent external contacts with clients and other project stakeholders.
• Engage with a broad professional network, attending conferences and fairs, representing the studio at large events, speaking, and engaging in discussions.

• A master’s degree in architecture.
• Fully licensed to work as a qualified Architect.
• Extensive and thorough experience, demonstrating proficiency in all aspects of the Architectural profession.
• Demonstrated experience in client acquisition and project management on a large scale.
• A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience after achieving the relevant degree.
