Senior Project Manager / Associate Director (Arabic Speaking)

Job description / Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Associate Director to join our client's growing team in Saudi Arabia. This is a senior leadership role for a seasoned professional with a strong background in delivering complex projects, managing stakeholders, and driving strategic outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects from initiation through completion
• Provide strategic oversight, governance, and leadership across project teams and consultants
• Manage client relationships at senior stakeholder level, ensuring alignment with project objectives
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and quality requirements
• Mentor and develop project managers and junior team members
• Contribute to business development, proposals, and strategic growth initiatives where required

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum 10 years of relevant project management experience, ideally within the GCC
• Proven experience delivering large or complex projects in Saudi Arabia
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent Arabic speaker with strong professional English communication skills
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent professional certification preferred
• Strong commercial awareness and contract administration experience

Salary:
SAR 34,000 to 36,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
