Job description / Role
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple interior fit-out projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of project managers, designers, and site staff to foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and effectively.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring clear communication and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
• Prepare and present project updates, reports, and proposals to senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimise impact on project timelines and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies throughout all projects.
• Drive innovation and best practices in project management and interior design processes to enhance efficiency and improve client satisfaction.
• Participate in the bidding process for new projects, providing insights and expertise to secure opportunities that align with the company's vision.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Interior Design, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management within the interior design and build construction industry, with a focus on luxury residential projects.
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects from inception to completion, with a portfolio showcasing successful project delivery.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, as well as design principles and construction processes.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
Salary:
SAR
30,000 to 50,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
