Job description / Role
AA leading Regional Engineering Consultancy has an immediate requirement for x 2 Senior Project Managers to manage teh design on two prestigious high rise projects in their Riyadh office.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Management the projects from a design perspective from inception to handover
• Manage key client relationships
• Prepare relevant reports such as design reports and minutes
• Financial control of projects
• Utilizing relevant software
Requirements
To apply for the role you should meet the following criteria;
• Be degree educated in relevant discipline
• Have a minimum of 15 - 20 years’ years design project management experience
• Have experience of large high-rise projects
• Have previous experience in the GCC
• Be fully proficient in verbal & written English
• Must be client facing
• Good financial control and management skills
