Senior Project Manager - Project Director

Job description / Role

The role requires an Engineering professional to deliver multiple mixed-use assets like Residential, Commercial, Retail, Hospitality projects within the post-tender phases. This individual would be responsible to drive the project delivery, working closely with Consultants if required, Contractors and other external and internal stakeholders.

Client Details

The client is a notable developer in the Kingdom with a multi-functional team. With a massive heritage and cultural centric project, the team is looking to further grow and effectively deliver Luxury Residential, Grade A Commercial Buildings, Ultra-Luxury Hospitality, and high-street Retail projects.

Description

The shortlisted individual would be looking at a site-based role, managing the consultants and contractors to oversee project delivery of a mixed-use portfolio.

* Lead the planning and implementation of construction projects.
* Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management.
* Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
* Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
* Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
* Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
* Track project milestones and deliverables, and provide regular reports on progress.
* Ensure project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital.
