Senior Project Manager (Project Leader)

Job description / Role

A leading international contractor has an opening for an experience Senior Project Manager or Project Leader to work as number one on a major new 5 star hotel development in Riyadh.

Reporting into a regional manager the role will require you to take full project responsibility for this major building project. Managing an international team of staff made up of engineering, commercial, QA/QC, design and site based staff this is the key role on the project.

Requirements

Candidates' should have minimum 15- 20 years experience of working for main contractors. You will have worked previously as number one on a hotel development in the GCC.

You will ideally be educated to degree level and have an excellent track record of working for tier 1 main contractors.

Fluent in English with excellent communication and management skills.
