We are looking for a Senior Project Manager for our Project & Development Services business line.

Role Purpose

We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager for our P&DS team based in Al Khobar, KSA. The successful candidate will work on mixed use building projects (mall, hotels & residential towers).

What this job involves

- Reporting to a Director as part of a team undertaking day to day delivery.
- Support the development of the client brief and Project Execution Plans to suit the specific requirements of the project.
- Undertake full design management and manage design teams in the development of design solutions to meet the client's expectations and budget.
- Administer building contracts, proactively managing and confirming the compliance of contractors/consultants to the contract terms and conditions.
- Adhere to project documentation, programs, master budget etc.
- Produce reports to suit relevant stages of the projects.
- Deliver projects with focus on time, cost and quality.
- Monitor and report on the contractor's progress against the contract program.
- Manage consultant teams to ensure that the contractor's design is done in compliance with the contract and client brief.
- Manage consultant teams to ensure that the built product is compliant with the contract.

- Degree Qualification in Civil Engineering,
- 15 + years of experience in mixed-use development projects such as shopping malls, hotels & high-rise buildings,
- Experience in managing on site construction in the region.
- Major international project experience is essential, preferably in GULF region,
- Professional Memberships are an advantage but not essential (CIOB),
- Excellent written and verbal skills with a fluent proficiency in English.
- International safety qualification / recognition an advantage but not essential.
