Senior Proposal Architect

Job description / Role

The Senior proposal Architect works closely with Proposal Managers for the development of technical and commercial proposals. He/She supervises the collection of internal documentation, consolidation of staff resumes and project references in coordination with Proposal Architects / Engineers. He/She supports the development of method statements and project timelines. The jobholder coordinates across functions and departments in the organization to seek input from subject matter experts during the proposal development stages, as needed.

• He /She should be a graduate in Architecture with a minimum of 5 to 8 years (post -graduation) in the construction industry, preferably with engineering consultants.
• He /She should strictly have 3 to 5 years current experience working with Bids, Tenders, Proposals, Contracts, RFP …etc.
• He / She should have very good communication skills in oral and written English/Arabic language. They should be able to communicate in both languages with equal command.
• He /She should be well versed in the use of computer application like MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign and any other applicable graphic design software.
• He /She should be prepared to endure challenging submission deadlines, good at multi-tasking, committed in his/her work and be prepared to work from 8.00am to 6.00pm (5 days/week) and additional hours as required to meet submission deadlines.
