Role Summary:

Senior Commercial Operations candidate to lead Bently Nevada team based in Saudi Arabia and work with the Sales team to steer commercial engagements with Main Automation Contractors (MACs) and end users, including Saudi Aramco. This position offers those seasoned candidates with a strong technical background in condition monitoring and management systems, a chance to drive the growth of the Bently Nevada product line in Saudi Arabia, one of the key geo-markets for M&C and BHGE.

Essential Responsibilities:

Contribute to and be responsible for overall team delivery on the following:

- Work with sales teams to manage and develop relations with key customers (MACs and end users)
- Seek ways to streamline interaction with customers to offer a positive experience working with BHGE M&C
- Work with sales to develop a winning deal strategy and deliver proposals accordingly
- Review and influence customer specifications to assure compliance and define exceptions/alternatives
- Seek input on competitive pricing and help define winning price and value proposition to customer
- Manage and negotiate commercial and contractual risk within the Inquiry to Order (ITO) process
- Work with third-party and GE internal sub-suppliers to obtain quotations/information related to extended scope
- Conduct site surveys, when needed, in order to collect data from the existing system
- Conduct technical presentations, when needed, to all levels of customer organization
- Manage project handover from ITO (inquiry-to-order) phase to OTR (order-to-remittance) phase at the start of project execution
- Provide technical support to OTR teams to ensure successful project execution
- Contribute positively to regional sales, orders, profitability, and ITO quality goals
- Establish regional business network of partnerships, alliances and integrator / distributor / reseller relationships.

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Engineering degree. Instrumentation & Controls, Mechanical, or Electrical/Electronics preferred.
- Minimum 10-year experience in application/engineering of condition monitoring systems
- 10-20% travel required for short customer meetings and site surveys
