Employment: Full Time

This excellent role is with a well known, award winning British consultancy who have been present in the Middle East for a number of years. They doubled in size in KSA in 2018 and look to continue their expansion, winning work with key clients and large scale developers in Saudi. As such they require an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team. Your remit would oversee a number of large projects and require cost planning, pre-contract QS duties, ROM estimation and tender negotiation. A fantastic role for someone fitting the candidate profile below and with real career progression opportunity.

Requirements

This requires someone vastly experienced in pre-contract and estimation / tendering. Middle East experience is not a must but is advantage. Confidence in tender negotiations is key and a good knowledge of BOQ production, pricing, procurement and ROM estimates. Masterplan experience is a distinct advantage and must have worked on predominantly buildings (not infra). European qualified and experience is a must (QS degree).
