Salla, a leading technology company, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality & Technical Operation Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Quality & Technical Operation Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products, services, and optimizing technical operations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, compile, and oversee a range of reports such as SLA reports, Operational Excellence reports, and additional performance-related reports.
• Foster knowledge sharing, develop best practices, and establish documentation standards within the team.
• Drive continuous process improvement by identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and improvements of reporting systems.
• Monitor data quality, validate results, and support initiatives for data integrity and normalization.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities in complex datasets.
• Use BI tools to build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that support business needs and decision-making.
• Interpret data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders through reports, dashboards, and presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in creating and managing reports, preferably within an e-commerce environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficiency in BI/visualization tools such as (Looker, Power BI, Metabase) or similar.
• Basic technical knowledge of e-commerce platforms and their data structures.
• Eagerness to learn and willingness to dive deep into data validation.
• Experience with SQL, Python, or other scripting languages for advanced data manipulation and automation (preferred).
• Change management expertise to implement new processes, tools, and automation initiatives across teams.
