Alfanar Electric:

Alfanar Electric is the industrial arm of Alfanar, manufacturing a variety of low, medium, and high voltage electrical construction products.

Alfanar has a development and engineering center in Chennai, India.

Industrial Complex, Riyadh:

The center of Alfanar's industrial activities is the Alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh. Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses Alfanar's facilities. The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.

Job Purpose:

This position exists to ensure that quality control procedures are implemented in each line and that quality control documentation is completed efficiently, in a timely manner, and meets quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments.

Key Accountability Areas:

• Conduct testing and inspection of products or raw materials as per respective approved procedures, checklists, and inspection formats.
• Interpret the test/inspection results, prepare final test reports, and post decisions in SAP.
• Attend the factory acceptance test with customers.
• Identify rejected products with red stickers.
• Prepare the daily inspection report of products and share with respective operation and planning teams.
• Assign tasks to test technicians and assist them in achieving their daily goals.
• Review the product nameplates with respect to their drawings.
• Verify the product's serial number, sales order, and item code with respect to the lot posted in SAP.
• For prototype jobs, share the test and inspection results with the R&D team for their feedback and opportunities for improvement.
• Issue non-conformity reports and do the necessary follow-up for their closure.
• Update the test logbook on a daily basis.
• Prepare monthly inspection reports.

• Delivery: Use tools and machinery within efficient cost and time. Execute the operational activities as per delivery schedules and work instructions.
• Problem-Solving: Assist in solving any related issues that arise and escalate any complex operational problems.
• Quality: Implement the quality standards for products, processes, or related activities.
• Business Process: Execute the tasks as per work routines and instructions.
• Compliance: Comply with related policies, procedures, and processes.

Academic Qualification:

• Diploma degree in Electrical Engineering.

Work Experience:

• 2 to 5 years.

Technical / Functional Competencies:

• Safety.
