Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, monitoring, and continual improvement of the division's QMS and IMS
• Ensure effective quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) processes across all services and operations
• Manage audits, nonconformance close-outs, and lessons learned documentation
• Oversee root cause analysis and corrective actions to enhance process quality
• Direct document control functions, ensuring compliance, access management, and document security
• Collect, analyze, and report quality performance data and KPIs to support operational excellence
• Provide quality oversight on technical procurement, including review of SoWs, RFPs, and vendor capability assessments
• Develop and manage the division's annual quality budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and ROI for quality initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams, service providers, and consultants to ensure compliance and alignment with quality objectives

Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• Minimum 10 years of quality management experience
• Proven experience in QMS/IMS implementation, audits, data-driven performance analysis, and process improvement
