Job description / Role
Oversee the production of a detailed BOQ for tender
Manage the tender process, review and analyze tender returns and prepare a recommendation to the client
Input into value risk management workshops as required by the client
As primary cost controller, ensures that the project remains on budget through the design and construction phases
Assesses and values progress payments and change requests
Evaluates and negotiates variations and change orders in liaison with the Contract Administrator
Requirements
Senior Quantity Surveyors required for an international consultant in Saudi Arabia, due to the location of this project candidates must be Muslim and also speak Arabic. Minimum 12 years experience required with building projects, a relevant degree from a recognised University and ideally RICS or working towards membership.
Preference will be given to Senior Quantity Surveyors already in Saudi Arabia.
