Job description / Role
Our client is an internationally renowned Consultancy with an ever growing presence in Saudi Arabia. As part of this expansion, they are seeking a number of Senior QSs to join their team, both project and office based. They are involved with large developments at masterplan level for both residential and hospitality work, pre and post contract. Whether you are currently based in the UK or already in the Middle East, this is a fantastic opportunity to step up your career with a global firm.
Salary:
SAR
32,000 to 38,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Private medical insurance
Requirements
Must meet all the following criteria:
- UK degree qualified (BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent)
- UK or European or Australian passport (for visa and travel purposes only)
- Consultancy experience, either pre or post contract
- Build experience - hotels, resi, leisure, commercial. NOT civils / plant / oil & gas experience
- Able to relocate 4 weeks maximum from offer acceptance
This is a single status posting.
MRICS or equivalent preferred but not essential.
