Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job description / Role

Successful individual would be responsible for:

• Collect field data, check measurements and quantities and prepare the Quantity Survey Reports.
• Progress measurements of the project activities including Design & Engineering, Construction works, major material, and permanent equipment.
• Provide support, assistance, and advice on all aspects of quantity surveying activities including measurement, contract requirements, certification, payments, etc. to the management.
• To ensure that the administration of contracts by projects is carried out in accordance with the company policies and procedures.
• Liaising closely with the respective Contract Manager, Project Manager, Design Manager, and project team.

• Degree qualified
• 15 + years working experience in infrastructure, civil or utility projects
• Middle East experience will be beneficial
