Job description / Role
A leading international Consultancy is seeking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor for an Audit project in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. Candidates that are degree qualified with experience in the region are preferred.
Responsibilities:
• Review, monitor and report on the cost management processes and procedures adopted and support the cost control and commercial supervision performed on the project by others
• To check valuation and payment certificates, reports, tender evaluation reports, unit rate submissions
• Monitor cash flow schedules, procurement process, and variation orders.
• Ensure client satisfaction
• Exercise Quality and Assurance Control on the services provided
Requirements
• BSc degree in Quantity Surveying
• Minimum of 12 years post graduate experience
• Member of the RICS
• Experience in Pre and Post Contract Quantity Surveying duties with reputable Quantity Surveying firms.
