This leading international consultancy has an urgent requirement for a Senior QS to lead a team of Quantity Surveyors and Cost Engineers on a major audit project.
Requirements
* BSc in Quantity Surveying and preferably MRICS status
* Minimum of 12 years' post qualification experience
* Experience in pre and post contract quantity surveying with reputable quantity surveying firms
* Experienced in reviewing, monitoring and reporting on cost management processes and procedures
* Proven track record of checking variation orders and measurement of quantities
* Previous experience in the GCC region is preferable but not essential while applicants with little or no notice period will be at an advantage.
