55-58K SAR per month + Medical + Flights
Equivalent of $180,000 per Year TAX FREE
Due to client Visa Restrictions, Only Western Candidates can be considered for this position.
Retained by an International Consultancy who are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong Claims experience for a major Infrastructure Project in Riyadh.
The company requires candidates with a proven track record in leading the claims process on large scale projects.
• Managing, assessing and resolving of contractual claims of all types, including assessing of claims for validity, correctness and compliance with contractual entitlements
• Preparing and issuing of contractual documentation and correspondence in respect of claims. Assessing and advising on cost and time impact of all claims.
Requirements
• Professionally qualified to MRICS and MCIArb levels
• Must have 12 years experience gained within the construction industry
• Quantity surveying background with at least 2-3 years experience in claims
• Experience in arbitration and well-versed in contract administration, VO’s, claims, procedures and payments
• Advising legal teams on technical aspects of construction disputes
• Comprehensive experience of contract negotiations and close out procedures.
• Knowledge of FIDIC
• Broad knowledge of contracting principles and practices
