Job description / Role
Hays are currently working with a leading international PMC in Saudi Arabia that are looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyors/Commercial Manager.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing an experienced team of Quantity Surveyors on large scale retail projects in Saudi Arabia. You will provide cost advice and management for pre and post contract stages on various projects and be responsible for checking and vetting commercial viability of works packages and client direct packages. They will be responsible for change and overall financial management of the projects including life cycle costing.
Requirements
A degree in Quantity Surveying with at least 5 years experience of working for a consultancy or client is required with experience on large retail projects in the UK, USA or Middle East. A RICS membership is preferred with experience of FIDIC contracts.
