Senior Quantity Surveyor – Saudi Arabia
A reputable and high end boutique consultancy is currently looking to recruit a Chartered Senior Quantity Surveyor with vast experience working on prestigious High Rise or Infrastructure Projects. The position is based in Saudi and will be managing large multi-billion dollar projects
Responsibilities:
• Manage the Quantity Surveying team
• Manage the monthly internal reporting
• Risk management to procurement, financial reporting and managing the supply chain.
• Financial management of projects, putting together bids for new work and negotiating and agreeing contract
• Among the qualities such individuals must possess are strong commercial awareness, strong client liaison skills, project management and team leadership. They also need an extensive understanding of the construction industry, flexibility and a talent for negotiation
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying is essential
• Must have MRICS/MCIOB/other further educational qualification
• Must have a minimum of 10 years’ experience
• Experience in working on large prestigious infrastructure or building projects
• Must understand FIDIC contracts
