Senior Quantity Surveyor - Pre-Contract

Job description / Role

Our client is a well known Consultancy in Riyadh with offices in the UK, US and across the Middle East. They have won more work in KSA and as a result require a Senior QS to join the team. The role is quite specific - it is essential you have extensive pre contract experience on large mixed use master plans. This is a permanent position but with a business visa requiring you to exit / enter every 30 days to renew. Single status only.

Requirements

Consultancy QS background. Large mixed use experience - pre-contract. 10 years experience minimum. GCC background a plus. Able to relocate within 4 weeks of offer. Willing to relocate on a single status basis.
