Job description / Role
Interviews prospective employees for positions by advertising, direct contact, employee referrals, research organizations, employment agencies, and job fairs. Refers applicants to particular job openings, conducts reference checks and other pre-employment screening activities. Under general supervision, solves complex problems requiring detailed knowledge of field and industry best practices.
Requirements:
Uses experience and problem solving skills to develop and improve processes. May provide guidance to less experienced team members. Skills required for this job are typically acquired through 5+ years of experience with Infrastructural, Marine and Oil & Gas industries.
