Job description / Role
Our client is one of the leading banks/financial institutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Due to commercial requirements the bank has retained Gulf Connexions to help them source, identify and successfully secure a team of Relationship Managers to join their expanding Corporate Relationship team.
The ideal candidate will be a charismatic and driven relationship builder who has a proven track record of developing new business as well as successfully managing existing relationships.

Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain respectful and collaborative relationships with new and existing clients.
• Source and generate potential leads in order to grow the portfolio size.
• Maximise revenue and value from the client portfolio.
• Analyse the client’s problem, needs and requirements and then position the banks products and services to resolve/meet.
• Identify & successfully execute cross selling opportunities from new to bank and existing clients.
Requirements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of experience within the same or similar role.
• Background and knowledge of corporate banking is essential.
• Proven track record of prospecting new business and enhancing existing relationships.
• Must have executive relationship building skills as well as proven sales experience. Exceptional communication skills.
• Strong ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders internally and externally.
• Articulate, thorough and process-minded individual.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluency in English and Arabic language is desired.
