Senior Resident Engineer

Job description / Role

We are representing one of the top established multi-disc consultancies in the Middle East who are looking to add talent to help support the growth of the business. The company is engaged on several major development projects within the Hospitality, Mixed-Use, Residential and Leisure sectors.

Due to their ever expanding client base and on the back of new projects awarded, we are looking to appoint a Senior Resident Engineer to join the team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are looking for those who have particular experience in the management and delivery of projects during the post-contract phases. There will be significant involvement in the overall management and development of the supervision department playing a key role in the team's growth.
You will also have the opportunity to further develop your experience and become a key component in the company's expansion further into KSA.

- You will need to demonstrate strong skills and experience in managing clients, have a solid understanding of contractual documentation and requirements of projects during the post-contract period.
- Preferably, we are looking for candidates based in Saudi Arabia but will consider candidates in UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain providing you have the experience we are looking for.

- Minimum 12 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or related discipline
- Experience of managing large teams on multitude of projects
- Worked in a similar environment (large/multi disciplinary consultancy)
- Large scale project experience (i.e. Hotels, High-Rise, Mixed-Use Developments etc)
- Previous or current Middle East experience
- Excellent communication and people skills

Salary:
SAR 36,000 to 56,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
