Job description / Role
• To manage Retail Department according to Bank's objectives that include strategy planning, product development, excellent customer service quality and full commitment to achieve annual financial targets & business initiatives
• Set up Retail strategies and business plans according to Bank objectives
• Achieve Retail financial targets & improve overall profitability
• Ensure proper policies, procedures, initiatives & tools are put in place for Retail Department to operate efficiently and effectively to achieve total customer satisfaction
• Continuous development of Retail products & services in coordination with all related internal & external entities
• Prepare Retail individuals Balance Scorecards
• Ensure all Retail areas operating at a high standard and identify any potential improvement
• Ensure all employees are appropriately motivated and trained to carry out their responsibilities to the required standards
• Identify new business opportunities to ensure sustained growth
• Maintain effective control on Retail performance & objectives
• Develop & manage alternative distribution channels (ATMs, Toll Free & Call Center)
• Analyze retail market and competitors behaviors
• Monitor, review & control Retail Credit & Collection performance
• Review & approve requests for product services as per delegated authority and in accordance with approved policies
• Establish high standards & full adherence of Audit & Compliance requirements
• Manage the bank’s relationship with a certain number of high net worth/affluent individuals
Requirements
• Bachelor degree in business administration or equivalent subjects.
• Banking training course in product management & business development.
• 10 -15 years experience in retail banking
• The last 4 years in managerial level
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Arabic and English
• Effective organizational and interpersonal skills
• Excellent knowledge of banking practices and SAMA regulations
• Excellent analytical and MIS skills
