WSP are looking for a Senior Risk Analyst / Change Manager to plan, design and implement an overall Risk Management and Change Control process for the programme that would:
* Develop and execute the management of risk and change control across the programme.
* Improve, support and implementation of the Risk and change Management Strategies
* Support and guide the identification and capture of Risk and Change, analyse, evaluate and report the efforts across all involved programme entities.
* Produce Risk and Change reports and monitor progress

A typical week would include:
* Review and approve Change and Risk Management Plans and guidelines developed.
* Analyse existing work processes, procedures and systems, identifying opportunities for increased efficiencies and service improvements.
* Recommend ways to identify control or reduce change and risk.
* Gather associated data from internal or external resources.
* Provide training in all aspects of Change and Risk Management to the Programme Management Consultants (PMCs) and Public Works Authority (PWA) staff, especially in the use of the: Change Control process/procedure and Integrated Risk Management System (IRMS).
* Contribute to the formal project reporting and ad-hoc reports as required.
* Assist in preparing the relevant section of the Program Monthly Reports.
* Provide effective leadership and advice on Change and Risk Management to PMCs, PWA and the General Engineering Consultants (GECs).
* Oversee and manage the Quantified Risk Assessments of Cost and Programme.

Requirements

We'd love to hear from you if you have:
* Experience in a similar role on projects with a CAPEX in excess of SAR 4 Billion
* Planning and/or risk engineering experience preferred
* Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
* Proactive communication skills are essential to success in this role

Experience using the following software/tools:
* Experience with ARM, Aconex, P6, and other project management information systems preferred
