We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Account Manager to join our outsourcing division in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will drive business development, strategic sales initiatives, and foster long-term partnerships to accelerate business growth in a competitive market.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve business targets in the outsourcing sector.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base within Saudi Arabia and the wider region.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor outsourcing solutions that meet clients' unique business needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while maintaining profitability and compliance.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management to inform strategic decisions.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
