Senior Sales Executive

Job description / Role

The Senior Sales Executive will play a key role in driving the growth of the company’s long-term operational leasing business. This position is responsible for identifying and securing new B2B clients, managing existing corporate accounts, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in fleet leasing, outstanding negotiation skills, and a results-driven mindset.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the long-term operational leasing market (B2B).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.
• Understand clients’ transportation needs and provide tailored leasing solutions.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals and quotations.
• Negotiate terms of agreements and close deals in alignment with company policies and pricing structures.
• Collaborate with the operations and finance teams to ensure smooth contract execution and service delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, pipeline status, and sales activities using CRM tools.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as defined by management.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities.
• Develop relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their leasing needs and offer customized solutions.
• Provide detailed information on lease rental options, terms, and benefits to clients, ensuring they make informed decisions.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our lease rental offerings.
• Manage the entire lease rental sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of lease agreements and vehicle delivery.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our lease rental solutions.
• Address and resolve client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies and promotional campaigns to drive lease rental growth.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the automotive or leasing sector.
• Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets.
• Deep understanding of long-term leasing and fleet management solutions.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Excellent communication skills.
