Description

The Senior Sales KAM will lead strategic enterprise and government relationships, driving InnovationTeam’s business growth in the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud and software solution sales at the enterprise level, with a proven ability to secure large-scale contracts and lead a full 360° sales strategy.

Requirements

  • Lead sales strategy for enterprise and government accounts.
  • Drive revenue by acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships.
  • Identify and close complex opportunities across software, cloud, AI, and digital transformation projects.
  • Develop account plans, pipeline forecasts, and strategic partnership initiatives.
  • Mentor and guide junior sales team members.
  • Represent InnovationTeam in key customer and partner meetings.
  • Maintain alignment with business objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in enterprise technology or government sales.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Deep understanding of cloud, LLM/AI, in-house, and managed service business models.
  • Strong relationship-building and decision-making skills at the executive level.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Saudi nationals only.
