AlWatania Information Systems is actively seeking a senior SAP ABAP & Fiori developer to join our talented team. In this pivotal position, you will utilize your deep expertise in both ABAP programming and Fiori application development to design and implement solutions that streamline our clients' processes and enhance user experiences. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into high-quality technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement robust ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, and enhancements that support business processes.
• Develop and maintain engaging Fiori applications using SAPUI5 and OData services, focusing on usability and performance.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to gather comprehensive business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Optimize and troubleshoot existing solutions to ensure peak performance and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster growth and adherence to coding standards.
• Document technical processes and provide thorough documentation for future reference and maintenance.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in SAP technologies to enhance overall team capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in SAP ABAP and Fiori development.
• Expertise in ABAP programming language with strong knowledge of object-oriented programming.
• Proficiency in developing Fiori applications using SAPUI5, OData services, and Fiori design guidelines.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules, integration scenarios, and architectural principles.
• Excellent analytical skills, with a passion for problem-solving and innovation.
• Exceptional communication skills, able to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant SAP certifications in ABAP and/or Fiori are a plus.
