Senior Service and Application Team Leader

We're working with a leading Medical Device company who are actively hiring a Senior Service & Application Team Leader for their Riyadh office.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Responsible for delivering pre-sales and marketing support, customer training, and setting up applications for the Company's products.
- Provide application-related services.
- Provide software, technical, and application support to clients.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Conduct on-site method development and provide customised application training for new instrument sales.
- Develop new training programs related to the introduction of new products or applications.
- Provide feedback on product development.
- Assist in developing technical and application notes for clients and sales support.
- Support in development by researching competitive instruments and developing competitive strategies.

- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical, Lab Technology.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Specialty POCT portfolio, in Saudi Arabia.
- Experience in covering both private and government sectors.
- Excellent communication skills, problem solving, ability to build relationship.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Saudi National or resident with valid ID [must be transferable]
- Must have driving license.
