A leading medical device company is actively recruiting a senior service engineer for their Riyadh office.

The main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair of designated equipment.
• Preparing training plans, tools, and delivery for products and applications to clients and customers.
• Completing preventative maintenance and field modifications.
• Ordering and managing repair parts cycle times.
• Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner.
• Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.
• Maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated.
• Utilizing the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues.
• Identifying and participating in sales opportunities such as new contracts, contract renewals, and system sales.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Only candidates currently based in KSA will be considered.
• Degree in biomedical engineering or a similar field.
• Minimum 8-10 years of analytical lab devices experience.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Resourceful, with the ability to work independently.
• Strong time management skills.
• Must have excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
