• Façade cladding, glazing systems and architectural aluminum products
• Precast concrete products and architectural elements

Job purpose

Responsible for overseeing, managing, and ensuring the proper execution of electrical systems installation, maintenance, and operations on-site. This includes installation and testing of electrical wiring, power distribution systems, lighting systems, fire alarm systems, and other essential electrical infrastructure.

Key accountability areas

Design and planning

• Review electrical system designs for compliance with project requirements and local codes.
• Coordinate with architects and engineers to ensure seamless integration into villa designs.

Site supervision and installation

• Oversee on-site electrical installations per approved designs.
• Ensure timely, budget-compliant execution with high-quality standards.
• Supervise subcontractors and conduct system inspections.

Coordination and communication

• Align electrical work with project timelines through cross-team coordination.
• Provide regular updates and technical support during meetings.

Troubleshooting

• Identify and resolve electrical issues during and after installation.
• Propose effective solutions to on-site challenges.

Testing and commissioning

• Supervise system testing and commissioning.
• Ensure performance aligns with design specifications and adjust as needed.

Documentation and reporting

• Maintain accurate records and reports on installations and inspections.
• Ensure completion of all system documentation.

Maintenance and handover

• Ensure functional handover of electrical systems.
• Support post-handover maintenance to ensure long-term performance.

• Comply with related policy and procedures and work instructions.

• Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.

Academic qualification

Bachelor degree in electrical engineering
