Senior Solution Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Solution Architect to join our dynamic banking team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative technology solutions that align with our strategic goals and enhance customer experience. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology, ensuring that our solutions are secure, scalable, and efficient.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture design for complex banking solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic direction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into architectural specifications and roadmaps.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate technology solutions to meet business needs, while considering budget and time constraints.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in all architectural designs and implementations.
- Conduct performance tuning and optimization of existing applications and systems to enhance functionality.
- Mentor and support junior architects and technical staff in best practices and innovative solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide expert recommendations to stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT architecture, with at least 3 years in a banking or financial services environment.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful enterprise-level solutions.
- Strong understanding of banking regulations, compliance, and security standards.
- Expertise in cloud architecture and migration, with certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
