Role Summary:

- BHGE Oilfield Services (OFS) has an opening for a Senior Sourcing Manager responsible for developing current supplier landscape and strategic supplier roadmap in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- This role will work closely with BHGE IKTVA team and OFS Sourcing/PL teams.

Essential Responsibilities:

- Provide Strategic Sourcing leadership for understanding supplier capabilities and growing strong sustainable supply base in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Develop current supply landscape and develop roadmap to achieve IKTVA goals.
- Identify suppliers, develop suppliers, increase capacity, improve quality, and execute Sourcing strategies to enable IKTVA growth.
- Collaborate with BHGE IKTVA Team, OFS Product Lines, Manufacturing and Engineering on OFS Sourcing strategies.
- Develop and execute Supply agreements.
- Negotiate price, capacity, payment terms, supplier chargebacks, etc. with suppliers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with S&OP, Product Lines, Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing organizations.
- Drive supplier/product qualifications to successful completion.
- Lead quality, delivery, and payment issue resolutions on an as needed basis.

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 8 years of Sourcing/Procurement experience.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and sustain credible suppliers in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and or in the region.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate price, terms, and capacity with suppliers.
- Demonstrated ability to manage supplier relationships and long term partnerships.

Desired Characteristics:

- Master's degree
- Manufacturing Plant experience
- Lean Six Sigma Certification
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to interact with and influence all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Excellent presentation skills
- Background in O&G, Aerospace, Automotive, etc.
- Project Management experience
