Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Specialist - CCU Operator to manage the operations of our Central Control Unit. This position is crucial to ensuring the safety and efficiency of our systems. You will be responsible for overseeing real-time operations, maintaining system integrity, and ensuring compliance with all operational procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control operations within the Central Control Unit to ensure optimal performance.
• Respond to system alerts and emergencies with prompt and decisive actions.
• Collaborate with operational teams to ensure effective workflow and communication.
• Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of CCU equipment to prevent downtime.
• Implement and maintain protocols for data management, system checks, and incident response.
• Train and mentor junior operators on best practices and operational procedures.
• Perform data analysis to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate documentation of operational activities and incidents.
• Work closely with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve real-time operational issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in control room or operations management.
• Strong knowledge of CCU systems and operational protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Proficient in monitoring and control software tools.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to safety standards.
• Ability to work in shifts and respond to on-call situations as needed.
