Job description / Role
We are looking to hire Senior Specialist - Compensation & Benefits.
Developing and implementing effective compensation and benefits practices and programs considering market competitiveness, internal equity, and alignment with the organization’s objectives to support the attraction, retention, and engagement of the employees and the performance-driven culture.
Requirements
Experience:
- A minimum of 10 total experience in HR of which a minimum of 5 years in compensation and benefits domain within the Oil & gas industry (required)
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, industrial engineering, business administration or other relevant major
Professional Qualifications:
- CIPD/SHRM/world at work
