JASARA PMC is looking for a dedicated and experienced senior structural engineer to join our innovative team. As a leading firm specializing in social infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality engineering solutions that meet the needs of our clients and contribute to the region's development.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing structural design and analysis for various construction projects. Utilizing your expertise, you will ensure that structures are safe, efficient, and durable while fostering collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough structural analysis and design for diverse projects, including residential, commercial, and institutional buildings.
• Prepare detailed structural drawings, calculations, and specifications to support project execution.
• Collaborate closely with architects and other engineering disciplines to develop integrated design solutions.
• Ensure adherence to local and international building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Review and provide constructive feedback on designs developed by junior engineers.
• Perform site inspections and attend project meetings to address engineering challenges during construction.
• Lead technical discussions and provide mentoring to junior team members, fostering their professional growth.
• Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in structural engineering to enhance project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, structural engineering, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in structural engineering with a focus on large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, and SAFE).
• Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and best practices in structural engineering.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Professional engineering license or similar certification is preferred.
• Experience leading projects and providing guidance to junior engineers is highly desirable.
