You will provide structural engineering services to Worley and its customers, including technical support and supervision within the structural engineering team.

Role

As a member of Project Management Team shall manage the structural engineering design/ detailed engineering for FEED development/execution of EPC and other project related activities for 'Installation of Skirt Piles at offshore field for the successful delivery of the project.

Responsibilities
- Review of structural basis of design, analyses, calculations, drawings, specifications and provide approvals ensuring compliance with project standards, HSE & quality requirements.
- Provide design input to Contractor and respond Contractor's design queries/site design changes etc. and approval of Contractor's site memos.
- Provide technical support to procurement, subcontracting, construction and installation related activities.
- Review of geotechnical, geophysical, inspection survey, EIA reports and ensure the reports' outcome/recommendations are implemented in design.
- Review of fabrication, construction, installation & vessel related documents, method statements & job safety analyses etc.
- Participate in project progress review meetings, design review meetings and other project meetings as required and provide input.
- Participate in Value Engineering, HAZID, Constructability, Risk Assessment studies/workshops as required, provide input, and ensure the recommendations are implemented.
- Ensure the as-built information are reflected on as-built drawings and documents.
- Review of Contractor's weather stand-by and other claims, as required.
- Visit offshore as required to supervise Contractor's work.
- Prepare project presentations as required.
- Mentor the newly graduated national engineers and transfer knowledge.

Requirements

Qualification and other Requirements
- BSc/BE/BTech degree or equivalent in Civil/Structural/Mechanical Engineering from recognized university. MSc/ME/MTech will be an added advantage.
- Professional membership from either Saudi Council of Engineers or any other recognized body.
- Minimum 14 years of work experience in the upstream offshore Oil & Gas industry.
- Familiarity with Saudi Aramco Desktop Standards & International Standards related to offshore structural engineering.
- Experience in Aramco offshore projects.
- Hands on experience on using SACS, USFOS & STAAD software.
- Experience working in PMC projects will be added advantage.
- Experience working on offshore brownfield projects.
- Experience on pre-service, in-service, structural integrity assessment and pile drivability analysis
- Fluent in English with good communication skills.
- Valid BOSIET/HUET training certificate to travel offshore.
