The Senior Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of the supply chain operations. The expertise in pharmaceutical supply chain management will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of products while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Description

* Strategic Planning: Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives, ensuring the availability and timely delivery of pharmaceutical products to meet customer demands.
* Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, forecasting, and demand planning to optimize product availability, minimize stockouts, and reduce excess inventory.
* Supplier Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier performance to ensure the highest quality materials, on-time delivery, and cost-effectiveness.
* Distribution and Logistics: Oversee the distribution network, transportation, and logistics activities, including selection of logistics partners, route optimization, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement across the supply chain, implement best practices, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
* Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and quality management systems (e.g., Good Manufacturing Practices). Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address potential supply chain disruptions.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including procurement, manufacturing, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs, to align supply chain activities, drive synergies, and support new product launches.
* Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor supply chain performance. Conduct regular analysis, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
* Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to foster a high-performing and collaborative work environment.Job Offer

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
* Extensive experience (8+ years) in supply chain management, specifically within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
* Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical supply chain processes, regulations, and best practices.
