Senior Surveyor - Valuations

Job description / Role

We are searching for a Senior Surveyor/Associate Director within the Valuations team, to prepare market value appraisals on complex real estate assets. As part of the team, you will prepare real estate appraisal reports on simple, complex or special-use properties, including all appraiser responsibilities as well as performing detailed appraisal analysis.

Requirements

To be successful in the role, you must have excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, in addition to strong analytical skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Strong attention to detail, and a strong work ethic will ensure your success.

To be considered for the role, you will possess the following qualities:
- At least 5 years of commercial valuations experience with the ability to review complex reports
- RICS Certified Registered Valuer (essential)
- Property or similar related degree (preferred)
- Taqeem registered (preferred)
- Working knowledge of Argus
